Hi Everyone!

For those of you who know me well, this is the abridged version of the attached email.  For details as to why I am asking you to be on this conference call, please open the document attached.
Our first conference call is scheduled for the week of November 17.  I apologize for the short time frame, however given the student semester is quickly ending, we decided – as a region – to reach out to all of you as soon as possible.  We recommend at least one representative from each chapter (however not required for this call), and preferably one for each project as well.
The following attachment is a doodle scheduler, it allows you to check the boxes for the times in which you are available.  PLEASE ONLY CHECK when you are AVAILABLE!  You have until Friday, November 14th to respond.  You will still be able to attend (if it meets your schedule) if you don't respond, this is simply to get the meeting on the books.
-- Note: when filling out the doodle, please include your first name & your chapter name.

Next month's call is tentatively scheduled for the week of December 8th.  This one is required by every chapter.  Please CHECK YOUR SCHEDULE (some of you have finals around then) and fill out the doodle for this one as well.

For both calls, if you would like to propose another time, please let me know asap so that I may add it to the log.

Conference call details will be sent on Friday afternoon (hopefully!) for next week.

Thank you all for your patience, believe me, I realize my emails are really long!
