Engineers Without Borders- USA is excited to announce the first Village Earth Participatory Planning and Assessment Training for EWB-USA chapter members. Village Earth empowers communities to sustainably access and manage the resources needed to achieve their vision for the future by working directly with communities as allies, distributing appropriate technology information, as well as providing training, consultation and networking services to individuals, communities and organizations around the globe. This training will be hosted by Lehigh University Chapter of EWB-USA on campus in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania from February 21 - 22, 2009. Training includes community mapping; community mobilization; NGO/community dynamics; participatory strategic planning; participatory assessment, monitoring, and evaluation
